Matt Derham

With strategy at the core of Matt’s finance solutions, he’s been exceeding expectations as a mortgage broker since 2004. Matt has extensive knowledge and experience thanks to his time working in large broking firms in both Sydney and Melbourne.

In 2013, Matt commenced pmwFinance in orange, building the business from scratch to the thriving, five-person team it is today.

Glenn Atkinson

Glenn has more than ten years of experience in the banking industry, coming from a business banking background with ANZ. He understands the unique differences of every individual, so his solutions are crafted with the specific scenarios and goals of the client, which leads to optimal outcomes.

As an MBA-qualified broker, he brings plenty of business and practical experience, which is a great asset to the business.

Rebecca Wilson

As pmwFinance’s first employee in 2016, Bec came to us from a major settlement agent where she worked for 12 years, bringing with her a vast knowledge of the back-end process of lending. 

Bec’s experience includes working with property settlements, registrations, mortgage processing, debt recovery, property presenting and managing the Mortgage Discharge Team. Bec’s coveted skillset is critical in PMW’s end-to-end service offering and allows her to provide a premium service to our clients.

Hannah Voican

Hannah came to pmwFinance from Westpac, having spent 12 years with them as a lending manager and in customer service across both NSW and QLD. Hannah’s time spent with Westpac strengthened her vast knowledge of the entire banking process. 

With such intimate industry knowledge, Hannah has been a great asset to the team across all areas of the business. Her keen insights mean she knows exactly who to go to when needed to ensure our clients’ loans settle on time.

Amanda Stibbard

Amanda came to us from ANZ, working within their Home and Business Banking team for 15 years. In 2016, her dedication and hard work saw her awarded the significant achievement of ANZ Business Banking Manager of Australia.

With such a vast knowledge across both business and personal lending, there is not much Amanda cannot do, and she goes above and beyond for our clients day after day.
