Having worked as a lender in a Big 4 Bank for a number of years, Glenn understands that the finance application process can be complex. Excellent communication is essential when building strong, ongoing relationships with clients. ‘At pmwFinance, we are focused on getting applications approved for our clients in a timely manner. To ensure this, we do all the necessary research upfront so we have confidence that your application will meet all requirements of the lender. Throughout the process, all related parties (the client, agents, and legal representation) are kept in the loop so everyone knows where things are up to. It’s the little things that make the biggest impact’.
Given every clients’ lending scenario is unique (First Home Buyers, people looking to upsize/downsize, renovators, refinancers, first time investors or astute property investors) it’s reassuring to know you have an experienced professional in your corner to help navigate the finance process. When you take on lending, it’s a commitment you have for a number of years so Glenn will be there for ongoing support.
Out of the office, Glenn and his wife Renee spend their days with their twin daughters, Zoe and Ellie on their small acreage towards Millthorpe (mainly on a mower)! Glenn loves all things sport as well as catching up with friends and family. He is also the Running for Premature Babies NSW Regional Ambassador after having prematurely born daughters.
