Our Roles

We are growing and would love to welcome new team members to pmwPlus to help deliver quality services to our clients.  We have available the following full-time positions.

Business Services Manager – in this role you’ll lead a team of confident and professional accountants building strong relationships and providing outstanding service to your client group.  You will manage a portfolio of clients and deliver a broad range of services from compliance, technical advice and other special engagements including (but not limited to) valuations, litigation support, sales or acquisitions of business, business advisory.  In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to manage projects that deliver value to the firm and clients in terms of process improvement, cost reduction; and/or the introduction of new products and services

Senior Accountant – you will deliver technical and professional advice, building your portfolio of clients, while continuing to develop your technical expertise under the mentorship of the Partners and senior management.  You’ll prepare financial statements, income tax returns, payroll tax, contractor reporting, BAS’s and IAS’s for all entities including companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSF’s and individuals and researching technical solutions and recommend value-adding opportunities for clients.

Senior Bookkeeper – you will love cloud-based accounting and be passionate about client service.  You’ll manage the bookkeeping client portfolio and prepare BAS’s and IAS’s for all entities including companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals.  You will also be called upon to provide training, support, and assistance to clients in their everyday use of Xero and establishment of new files.

Additionally, you will have:

  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience depending on the role applied for
  • Xero certified or at a minimum a proficient working knowledge
  • Relevant accounting or commerce qualifications (plus CA/CPA for the Business Services Manager role)
  • The desire and skills to build relationships with clients and co-workers and will like to work in a professional, yet fun and supportive environment.
